Whether it is tactical and strategic asset and transaction management, inter alia loan restructuring mandates and refinancing, M&A transactions and investment management or the acquisition of non-core/non-performing loans – the CR Group has many years of expertise, financing know-how and the corresponding networks to make an impact.
We invest in selected real estate, special situations and/or real estate companies. Our involvement can take on a variety of different forms: as investor, co-investor, operating partner or originator. The focus of our investment activities is on Germany, but we are also active across Europe.
